Did Negan know about Alexandria?
The answer is quite simple. Negan did not know of Alexandria’s existence as a self-sustaining community until the moment Rick joined with the Hilltop people and waged war on one of the Saviours’ outposts. If you think of it, Hilltop had no idea about Alexandria either before Jesus ran into Rick and Daryl.
